Panditain Ji Ki Rasoi
An initiative by Ambar Dhara Foundation β bringing the sacred tradition of Brahmin kitchen to your home and events.
The name is an homage to the matriarchs of our families β the Panditains who served as guardians of tradition and keepers of the sacred hearth. In a Brahmin household, the kitchen (Rasoi) is considered as holy as a temple.
By naming our brand Panditain Ji Ki Rasoi, we pledge to uphold that same level of sanctity, preparing every snack and meal with the same ritualistic purity and love that our grandmothers once did.
Beyond our snack range, we are honored to support your spiritual milestones β Griha Pravesh, Bhojan for guests, or a sacred Puja at your home. Our food is prepared by Brahmin women in a traditional Satvik environment.

Working alongside IISCO Steel Plant, we deliver healthcare outreach, women empowerment workshops, and child development programs in industrial townships and surrounding communities.
Through NSPCL's community development initiatives, we execute rural sanitation drives, digital literacy programs, and environmental sustainability campaigns in nearby villages.
Our collaboration with the Red Cross Society focuses on disaster preparedness, blood donation drives, first-aid training, and emergency relief operations across operating regions.
